At RetroClubJumpers.com, we want you loving your jumper as much as a last-minute winner in injury time. But if it’s not quite a match, no hassle at all. 

âš˝ Our Fair Play Promise

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. Simple as that.

đź‘• What Can Be Returned?

To stay in the game, jumpers must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in original condition with tags still on

If it looks like it’s already done a full season, we can’t accept it back.

🧵 Custom = Club Colours

Personalised or custom jumpers (names, logos, special designs) are made just for you — so unless they’re faulty, these sadly can’t be returned. Once printed, they’re part of history!

 

📬 How to Start a Return

with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

đźšš Sending It Back

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).

Once your return lands back in our dressing room and passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued within 2-4  working days
